The world’s premier Tens rugby tournament stepped up another level in 2015, with over 35 000 people over two days attending the seventh edition of the Takealot Cape Town Tens, and some of the biggest names in rugby adding to the celebrations.
Dan hosted the event again, and included an interview with guest star Jonah Lomu in the tournament entertainment. The 1995 All Black World Cup star paid a surprise visit on day two of the Tens, and met up with a number of other rugby superstars, including Christian Cullen, Carlos Spencer, James Dalton, Shane Byrne, Butch James, and Takealot Cape Town Tens founders Bob Skinstad and Robbie Fleck.
As well as a capping ceremony and charity auction on the welcoming night, Dan also hosted two evenings of fantastic music, introducing on stage (amongst others) Good Luck, Kurt Darren, Ard Matthews, Jack Parow, The Kiffness and Me And Mr. Brown.
As a result of another successful year at the helm of the Takealot Cape Town Tens, Dan will be travelling to Thailand at the end of February to host the Bangkok Tens.
