Having recently signed a contract extension with BMW as a brand ambassador, Dan added to his roles as host of BMW’s golf, polo and rugby events by hosting the launch of the relocated and refurbished marquee Clearwater dealership.

Officially opened by BMW South Africa Managing Director Bodo Donauer, the sparkling new dealership celebrated its new chapter with two further special guests: former Springbok coach Nick Mallett, and Bulls captain and Springbok eighthman Pierre Spies.

As well as MCing the evening, Dan hosted an hour’s question and answer session with the two rugby greats, tying in with BMW’s sponsorship of the Springboks. Discussing the recent Rugby Championship, the state of the game, and South Africa’s World Cup prospects in 2015, guests received a frank, entertaining perspective on the game from two leading authorities – completing a memorable night to celebrate Clearwater’s new era.
